Elevate expertise and enhance care
At Connect Neuropsychology, we believe that well-trained staff are at the heart of excellent client and family care.
To help enhance your team’s knowledge, skill and confidence, we can provide you with both bespoke and “off-the shelf” training on a wide range of key brain injury topics, matched to the needs of your team and your client.
Audrey has designed the “Working well…” training series which includes sessions focusing on “Working well with people with brain injuries” (ideal for support worker teams new to the field), “Working well with your client’s family members” (for brain injury support workers and treating teams) and “working well as a team” (both for established brain injury support workers and treating teams). Audrey works closely with case mangers to identify team training needs and develops content to address unique issues that require support.
For example, Audrey recently developed a training programme for brain injury support workers focused on supporting their client in a new parenting role.
The field of brain injury research and practice is constantly evolving. Specialist training for teams ensures that they stay up to date with the latest developments, best practices, and evidence-based interventions in the field. This enables them to provide the most current and effective interventions to individuals with brain injuries, optimising their rehabilitation and recovery.
Connect Neuropsychology proudly partners with other ABI professionals and experts by experience to be able to offer you training packages that cover a wider range of multi-disciplinary issues.
All our training packages involve a pre-training discussion of what your teams need, a pre- and post-training evaluation questionnaire and a summary report to help you monitor the impact of your training.
